  • We’ll look at any symptoms or issues of immediate concern raised in your enquiry.
  • We’ll discuss your short, medium and long-term aspirations for the property.
  • We’ll consider the broader context of energy and moisture in the home.
  • We’ll develop an understanding of how your house performs and how best it can be improved.
  • We’ll discuss how we can best support you with your project’s design, scope and delivery.

Appointment time – 4 hours.

Following the site visit:

  • We’ll reflect, then re-group to review and critique the understanding and to exchange and develop new thoughts and ideas.

A documented opinion may detract from the empowerment of a home tutorial and are therefore not included with the site visit. However, a written report will be invaluable if, a client is unable to attend, or multiple stakeholders are to be informed. These reports are shared here within the blog category reports and contain much transferable information.

Documented – observations and recommendations. Damp, conflict resolution, listed buildings, conveyancing issues.

Indicative cost: £ 960

Zoom consultation
